Planning approach
A craft-led documentation practice
We treat personal planning like a skilled trade: measured intake, deliberate drafts, and review passes that respect how you actually decide—not how slide decks say you should.
Materials we use
Plain-language roadmaps, quarter logs, and decision memos stored in formats you can keep (documents you own, not a locked platform). Some clients prefer longhand first; we photograph or transcribe only with your permission.
Annual layer
The annual layer names themes for the year, explicit depriorities, and triggers that should prompt a review (job offers, lease endings, medical news). It is short enough to reread in ten minutes.
Quarterly layer
Each quarter we ask three craft questions: What did you protect? What leaked attention? What decision are you postponing—and why? Answers feed the next roadmap revision.
Decision sessions between quarters
When stakes rise mid-cycle, we schedule a bounded session with an agenda sent beforehand. We map reversible steps, information gaps, and who else must be consulted outside our scope.
Phuket context
Our studio on Karon Road anchors in-person work in Mueang Phuket. Clients elsewhere join by video with the same templates. Locality informs scheduling and meeting culture, not a promise that geography alone improves outcomes.
