We do not run analytics, advertising pixels, or third-party tracking on this website.
3. Legal bases
We process inquiry data on contractual necessity (steps before a service agreement) and legitimate interests (responding to business correspondence). Consent choices are stored based on your consent, which you may withdraw without affecting site functionality.
4. Where data goes
Form submissions are sent via a same-domain handler at https://cloudscope.digital/api/inquiry (POST, JSON). Data is used only to reply to you and to administer any engagement you choose to pursue. We do not sell personal data.
5. Retention
Inquiry messages are kept for up to 24 months unless a longer period is needed for an active client relationship or legal obligation. Consent records follow the duration stated on the cookie notice. Hosting logs follow our provider’s rotation schedule (typically under 90 days).
6. Your rights

7. International transfers
If you access the site from outside Thailand, your data may still be processed in Thailand where our systems are hosted. We use appropriate safeguards for any permitted cross-border transfer tied to a client engagement.
8. Children
Our services address adults making personal plans. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 20 without guardian involvement.
9. Changes
We will post updates on this page with a revised date. Material changes affecting active clients will also be communicated directly when feasible.
